A once great place to work has become a "prescription mill" that doesn't care about patient success.just revenue generation. Management hides out all day and is never involved with staff and let issues go until it becomes something they can no longer ignore. They promote those that develop relationships with higher management by sucking-up and overlook qualified staff. This place also promotes unqualified staff that do not even meet the standards the company sets for certain positions. Management does not support staff and will throw you under the bus to cover for themselves.
Front office staff have to do the work of 2 to 3 people. Care Coordinators have unreasonable workloads thrust upon them.
Providers are paid by production and if they see a patient for too long, they get financially penalized. That has changed to being a profit driven, numbers driven enterprise. This company started out with a great mission and vision driven by PATIENTS FIRST.
